This policy should be read with the other VeMove policies, your current commercial schedule and the terms of the carrier service selected for a shipment.
1. Lawful use
Do not impersonate, create deceptive accounts, manipulate COD or tracking, send malware, scrape or resell data, overload VEMOVE, bypass controls, test another tenant, abuse APIs or infringe rights.
Carrier, route and government restrictions also apply and may be stricter. The lists are indicative, not exhaustive; obtain written confirmation when unsure.
2. Prohibited goods
Do not tender unlawful or carrier-prohibited goods, including explosives, unlawful weapons, narcotics, counterfeit or stolen goods, obscene unlawful content, protected wildlife, human remains, prohibited currency or negotiable instruments, or any item unlawful to possess, sell, transport or deliver.
A product being lawful to sell does not necessarily make it lawful or safe to post.
3. Restricted goods
Medicines, devices, food, cosmetics, seeds, plants, batteries, electronics, liquids, fragile or perishable goods, precious items, alcohol, tobacco, aerosols, chemicals, biological and high-value goods may need a particular service, licence, invoice, declaration, packaging, insurance or written approval, or may be prohibited.
Do not split, misdescribe, conceal or repackage goods to evade restrictions, charges, inspection or documentation.
4. Enforcement
We may proportionately reject, hold or cancel a booking, restrict an account, preserve evidence and cooperate with carriers or authorities. You bear resulting charges, return, storage, disposal, penalties and third-party claims to the extent caused by your violation.
Report abuse or seek pre-booking guidance at sales@vemove.in. Never email passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary identity documents.
Indicative prohibited items
- Explosives, fireworks, ammunition and unlawful weapons
- Narcotics, psychotropic substances and unlawful drugs
- Counterfeit, stolen or illegally traded goods
- Obscene, abusive or otherwise unlawful material
- Live animals, protected wildlife and prohibited wildlife products
- Human remains or biological material not accepted by an approved service
- Currency, bearer instruments or valuables prohibited by the service
- Any item prohibited by law, government direction, carrier or route
Restricted or approval-led items
- Medicines, medical devices and regulated health products
- Food, perishables, seeds, plants, cosmetics and regulated products
- Batteries, electronics, liquids, aerosols, chemicals and fragile goods
- Jewellery, precious and other high-value goods
- Alcohol, tobacco and age-, licence- or route-restricted products
- Items needing special packaging, permits, insurance or carrier approval
